Mike and Katharine Luce have their own love story. Introduced by mutual friends, they fell in love and decided to reside in Redding. Mike traded surfing and the Carmel landscape to live here. They found this home and began renovations in 2015. It has been a paradise that has given them the blessing of being near family, friends, and community. Mike is retired from Cal Fire. Katharine is retired from Real Estate. They love to cook delicious food together and entertain friends, go boating on Shasta and Whiskeytown Lake, catch a great movie, and travel. They enjoy hosting people who have set out on a journey to receive more of what God has for them.
